You Mostly Know What To Do

Common sense goes a long way towards being healthy.  
Moderation in diet, exercise, sleep, alcohol, stress are all the obvious things.  

Of course, there are daily releases in the media that are supposed to help people 
​know what to do, but only serve to confuse and complicate.  

What's a person to do?

Having a Complete Picture of You

​Having a doctor who knows you well will help you navigate all the ever-changing advice that's available.  We all need someone who can sort out the important stuff and leave the junk behind.


Exercise

But how much is enough, what kind is best, and what if you don't want to?  These are all real and important questions that need answers.  We can give you those answers. 

Stress

OH NO!

​It can physical, emotional, environmental.  The body cannot distinguish from what we think is good stress or bad.  It all adds up.  If you are not managing stress, you are headed for trouble. 

Sleep

Vastly underrated, sleep accounts for nearly 1/3 of your life. Don't you think we should give it a little attention and make sure it does what it's supposed to?!  If you don't sleep well, there might be an issue.  
​If you don't sleep enough, there will be an issue.  


Diet

Everyone knows diet is critical. Many people shuttle between fads, or listen to the latest "best" program.  But what's right for you? Really, that's the only thing that matters.  There are numerous things that go into that determination - it's not just picking rabbit out of a hat!


Supplements


​Often people rely too heavily on supplements, most of which have been recommended by friends.  While supplements can be very useful, and even necessary for many, knowing what you need and why you take them is important.  

My general philosophy about supplements is simple.  The food supply is generally lacking nutrients, our lives are incredibly stressful and we are exposed to more toxins in 6 minutes than our grandparents were in their entire lifetime. We need help to keep things going properly.  

I believe in restoring cellular function at a cellular level.  If you have healthy cells, you'll have a healthy body.
